The Ohlins DU931 TTX RT rear shock is built for Ducati 1098, 1198 and 848 riders chasing repeatable damping control and clear feedback. Developed from Ohlins’ twin-tube TTX architecture, it focuses on stability under load and consistent behaviour as conditions change. This unit is a direct-fit rear mono replacement intended for performance street and track use.

The TTX RT family brings race-derived damping principles to a road/track package, with a focus on controlled chassis movement and predictable grip. For Ducati superbike platforms, it is designed to support confident braking, turn-in and drive.

Shock design & features

This is a pressurised, oil/gas separated twin-tube (TTX) shock, designed to maintain damping consistency through demanding use. Separate damping circuits allow more controlled behaviour across different shaft speeds compared with simpler layouts.

Before you install

Fitment is intended as a rear mono replacement for Ducati 1098, 1198 and 848 models. Professional installation is recommended, followed by setting sag and verifying damping settings suit your tyres, load and riding conditions. Note: this part is marked as MKII and is replaced by DU 531.
