Shock design & features

This is an STX 46 Street rear mono shock with a gas-pressurised, oil/gas separated design to help maintain consistent damping under heat and repeated use. The architecture is intended to reduce fade and deliver more repeatable behaviour on longer rides.

Tuning controls

Adjustment is provided for rebound damping and compression damping, along with spring preload to suit rider weight and luggage. These controls let you fine-tune support and comfort while keeping the bike settled when conditions change.

Base setup (factory preset)

The shock is supplied with an Ohlins-fitted spring and a baseline setting intended to work as a starting point for road use. Final setup should be tailored to your weight, typical load and how you prefer the bike to respond.
