The Ohlins TR634 STX 36 Twin shock is a rear twin-shock solution for Triumph Bonneville T100, Bonneville T120 and Street Scrambler models. Built around the STX 36 Twin family architecture, it is designed to deliver controlled damping behaviour with consistent feel across changing road conditions. This unit uses a gas-pressurised damping system to help maintain stability during repeated suspension movement.

Tuning controls

This shock provides external rebound adjustment to tailor return speed after bumps and weight transfer. It is supplied with a factory base setting intended as a starting point before fine-tuning for load, tyres and riding conditions.

Before you install

When installing, angle the reservoir towards the motorcycle centre-line as noted by Ohlins. Confirm correct orientation and clearance through full suspension travel before riding.

Serviceability/lifecycle

As an Ohlins unit, the TR634 is designed to be serviced to maintain damping performance over time. Periodic inspection and oil service helps keep behaviour consistent, particularly if the bike is used frequently or in harsher conditions.
