The Ohlins YA004 STX 36 rear scooter shock is built to improve control and consistency on the Yamaha YP 250 Majesty. Developed from Ohlins suspension know-how, it focuses on stable damping behaviour and predictable chassis response. The design uses a gas-pressurised internal layout to help maintain damping performance through extended use.

Ohlins products are engineered around repeatable damping control and rider feedback. This rear unit is intended to provide a more composed feel under braking, through turns, and when accelerating out of corners.

Tuning controls

This shock provides external adjustment to tune damping for riding conditions and rider preference. It includes rebound adjustment and compression adjustment, allowing you to refine stability, comfort, and grip balance.

Base setup (factory preset)

The shock is supplied with an Ohlins baseline setting intended as a starting point. From there, adjustments can be made to suit load, road conditions, and the feel you prefer.
