The Ohlins TTX RT rear shock for the Suzuki GSX-R 750 is a dedicated mono-shock unit aimed at consistent damping control for sporty road riding and track use. Built around Ohlins racing-derived architecture, it’s designed to deliver stable feel under braking, corner entry and drive. This unit is supplied as a complete rear shock assembly with spring fitted.

TTX RT sits within Ohlins’ performance shock line-up for modern sportbikes, focusing on predictable response and repeatable adjustability. It’s a purpose-built replacement unit, not a universal fitment.

Shock design & features

This rear mono-shock uses a separated oil/gas layout (reservoir-type design) to help maintain damping consistency during sustained, high-load use. It’s built around Ohlins’ 46-series body format and is supplied with an Ohlins spring already installed.

Tuning controls

Adjustment is provided for rebound damping, compression damping and spring preload, letting you balance rear support, grip and chassis attitude for your tyres and riding conditions.

Before you install

Confirm fitment for your exact Suzuki GSX-R 750 model/year and linkage configuration before installation.
After fitting, set sag and baseline damping to suit rider weight, tyres and intended use.
If the shock is being installed alongside front-end changes, plan to re-balance the whole chassis rather than tuning the rear in isolation.
