The Ohlins DU927 is a rear TTX RT shock absorber developed for the Ducati 1199 Panigale. Built around Ohlins’ twin-tube damping architecture, it is designed to deliver consistent control and clear chassis feedback during demanding road and track use. The design separates oil and gas to help maintain stable damping feel as conditions change.

Ohlins | Made to race, perfected to ride

TTX RT technology is derived from Ohlins road racing development, adapted for high-performance street and track motorcycles. The focus is predictable damping behaviour, grip management and rider confidence when pushing the chassis hard.

Who this shock is for

Suitable for riders who want a more tuneable rear suspension than standard, with a consistent feel under heavy braking, quick direction changes and strong drive on corner exit. It suits riders who value adjustability for tyre choice, pace and surface conditions.

Shock design & features

This model uses an oil/gas separated design with Ohlins twin-tube damping to promote consistent pressure control and response. The internal layout supports stable damping characteristics and repeatable behaviour across a wide range of operating conditions.

Tuning controls

Provides external adjustment for rebound damping and compression damping, allowing you to balance support and compliance to suit your setup. Spring preload adjustment is included for setting ride height and sag correctly to the motorcycle and rider load.

Before you install

Confirm fitment for Ducati 1199 Panigale and rear mono-shock configuration before installation.
This unit is supplied with an Ohlins spring fitted (01092-26).
After installation, set sag and baseline damping to match your tyres, riding conditions and intended use.

Serviceability/lifecycle

Like all performance shocks, routine servicing helps maintain oil condition, seal integrity and consistent damping. Plan servicing around use intensity (track work typically requires more frequent maintenance) to keep performance predictable.
