The Ohlins STX 46 Adventure rear shock for the Honda XL 600 V Transalp is built to improve chassis control and ride comfort across mixed surfaces. It’s designed to cope with the demands of adventure and touring use, including variable loads and changing terrain. This unit provides external adjustment so you can tailor feel without stripping the shock down.

Ohlins suspension is developed with a focus on consistent damping performance and durability. The STX Adventure series is intended for riders who want a more controlled, predictable rear end over long distances. It’s a purpose-fit rear mono shock for this model application.

Shock design & features

This is a monotube STX 46 design with a piston arrangement that separates oil and gas to help maintain damping consistency in demanding conditions. The architecture is aimed at stable performance when the shock is working hard over extended rides.
