The Ohlins KA2194 TTX Flow DV rear shock is built for Kawasaki KX 450F fitment where accurate damping control and consistent feel matter. Based on Ohlins race-developed architecture, it is designed to maintain predictable suspension behaviour through hard use. This unit is supplied without a spring, with spring selection handled separately to suit the rider and application.

Ohlins off-road shocks are developed from competition programs with a focus on control, traction and repeatable setup changes. The TTX Flow DV platform is intended to provide stable damping performance over a wide range of riding conditions.

Tuning controls

This rear shock provides external adjustment for compression and rebound damping, allowing you to tune response for track conditions, rider preference and tyre behaviour.

Before you install

Spring is not supplied; confirm the correct spring series and rate for your weight and riding type before installation
Check clearance, linkage condition and bearings as part of the install to ensure the shock can move freely through the stroke
Use the recommended Ohlins shock oil grade specified for this unit during service work

Serviceability/lifecycle

Like all performance off-road dampers, regular servicing helps keep damping consistent and protects internal components. Plan inspections and oil changes based on hours, conditions and how hard the bike is ridden.
