The stock DR650 is great, but most people find it too soft for their rider weight and use, so we have developed a front suspension upgrade kit, for a discount package cost!

Extensive dyno testing, road & trail riding, plus a huge database of customer feedback over many years have led us to the perfect adventure damping settings. This DIY upgrade kit sets the forks up for your rider weight and adds our new platinum valves to stop the bike from diving under brakes and bottoming on jump landing while remaining compliant on all road surfaces.

DR's are famously easy to work on, but the detailed instructions for this comprehensive kit are included in case you're unsure.

The rates below are based on standard front forks with the platinum tuning valves fitted. We know most riders carry gear/luggage on the DR, so we have already made an allowance for some gear and a big tank in this calculation. Please do not add up all your riding gear/luggage/fuel weight and make the selection based off that, your bike will end up much too stiff. If you really carry a lot of gear (35 kg +) and you are tall, go up one weight range heavier than specified.
