The Ohlins STX 46 Supersport rear shock for the Honda CBR1100XX is built for riders who want more support, control and consistency from the back of the bike. It uses a monotube layout with a separated gas and oil system to help maintain stable damping over long, hard rides. This unit is designed to be tuned to suit your weight, tyres and riding conditions.

Developed from Ohlins road racing experience, the STX 46 Supersport platform focuses on clear damping behaviour and predictable chassis response. The aim is to improve feedback without making the bike harsh or nervous.

Shock design & features

This is an STX monotube rear mono shock with a gas-pressurised, oil/gas separated design. The internal layout is intended to resist fade and keep damping behaviour consistent as temperatures and workload increase.

Tuning controls

Adjustments are provided for rebound damping and compression damping, allowing you to balance traction, support and stability. This makes it possible to refine the bike for different surfaces and riding styles, and to compensate for changes in load.
