Tuning controls

This shock set provides external adjustment for rebound damping and compression damping, allowing you to tailor the feel for comfort, grip and chassis control. Adjustments are intended to be used alongside correct springing and sag to achieve a balanced setup.

Base setup (factory preset)

These shocks are supplied with an Ohlins baseline setting from the factory, intended as a starting point for the Scout platform. From there, fine-tuning rebound and compression can help match rider load, road surface and preferred feedback.

Before you install

  • Confirm fitment for your exact model and year of Indian Scout or Scout Sixty before installation
  • After installation, set sag and then adjust damping to suit your riding conditions
