Shock design & features

This is a gas-pressurised rear twin shock, helping maintain damping consistency during extended riding. The STX 36 Twin architecture is designed to provide controlled oil flow for repeatable behaviour over varied road conditions. It is supplied with an Ohlins spring fitted.

Tuning controls

This shock provides damping adjustment for both compression and rebound, allowing you to balance support, comfort, and grip to suit roads and riding style. With independent damping circuits, you can make changes methodically without needing to alter the whole setup at once.

Before you install

Confirm fitment for Kawasaki ER-5 models applicable to KA703 before installation.
Inspect linkage, bushes, and mounting hardware for wear so the new shock can work as intended.
