Information

The Ohlins STX 46 Street rear shock is built to give more consistent damping control and a calmer chassis feel for street riding on the Kawasaki VN 2000. It uses a monotube architecture with a separated oil/gas layout to help maintain stability as conditions and load change. The focus is predictable support, traction and ride quality rather than harshness.

Developed from Ohlins suspension know-how, the STX 46 Street range is aimed at real-world road use where grip, comfort and composure all matter. This unit is configured as a rear mono shock application for the VN 2000.

Base setup (factory preset)

This shock is supplied with an Ohlins-fitted spring and a factory baseline damping setting. That base setup is intended to be a solid starting point for normal street riding, with tuning available via the external adjusters to match your load and ride preferences.
