Shock design & features

This is a gas-pressurised shock with oil and gas separated for more consistent damping under sustained use. The TTX Flow layout uses separated damping circuits to improve control and response through a wider range of conditions.

It is designed as a direct-fit rear mono shock for the Yamaha YZ 125/250 2-stroke platform.

Tuning controls

External adjustment is provided for rebound damping and compression damping, including separate low-speed and high-speed compression control. This allows you to tune support, traction and chassis attitude more precisely for track conditions and riding style.

  • No spring is supplied; spring is sold separately (see recommended spring series in the product notes)
  • Set sag and verify spring rate choice before making damping changes
  • Use the recommended Ohlins shock oil listed for this unit when servicing
