Our stage 2 Tenere 660Z  upgrade kit is for those looking to do some serious riding. We upgrade the fork springs to suit your rider weight, re-valve the forks and add in our Platinum valve for damper rod forks. The rear is handled by a new Tractive shock with a spring to suit your weight. The result is better response, more damping and a spring set tailored to you.

You can either drop your shock and forks of at our shop (or mail them to us) or bring your bike in and we will do all the hard work.
 

Pricing is based on a new or as new bike. Consumables such as seals, bushes, bumper, shock seals, etc, cost extra. Freight options include Aust post and TNT, approx. $35-45 road.

  • New Tractive Xcite Rear Shock 46YA08-R1103-TR
    • Upgrade to Tractive Xcite Rear Shock 46YA08-R1503-TR - remote hydraulic preload adjustment (+$700)

Not Included:

  • Consumables (Seals, Bushes, Bumpers, etc…)

Depending on age and condition some consumables must be replaced. We don’t charge any additional labour to replace consumables.

With the aid of our suspension dynos, we have completely re-developed the V4S valve (from our 2008 design, now called Platinum Valve) to make the XT660Z damper rod forks the best they can be. The stock Tenere suspension is nothing to write home about, but you will find the difference incredible once we are through with it.
